A Yeshiva Rebbe, Rov, Rosh Yeshiva, Principal, Teacher/Morah, Social Worker, mental health professional, therapist, chevrusa, mentor - perhaps even a parent - could potentially face massive fines - and hefty jail time - for merely: • trying to verbally convince a girl or boy out of getting drugs or surgery to "become" (sic) that which they are not, or • convince a young woman not to murder her preborn infant (and pursue adoption if need be), or even for just • saving her/him from remaining under the influence of evil parties (e.g. predatory therapists, "eductors," social workers, coaches, "medical" staff, mental health professionals, "friends") - grooming susceptible, often disadvantaged victims into their anti-Torah, heretical transgender/abortionism worldview.

If you oppose new cell towers to be built in an ever-expanding town, what do you expect?
DeleteThis is not a capacity issue, it was not gradual.
DeleteIt's called throttling
DeleteThey want you to upgrade, so they claim little / no service after your hours are up.
Proof -- they even throttle on Sundays when there are less usage.
Spending $2 million dollars on snow melting machines it's totally unnecessary it's once in a decade when you have a blizzard with freezing conditions that don't melt and you have to cart away the snow. This is not something that will be regularly use not worth spending 2 million dollars on it.
ReplyDeleteWhy is the Aderey Torah event any different from a concert which the RY Assur? Both are in a goyish venue , have professional music and singers, hightech lighting and strobes etc
ReplyDeleteWhat did Avi vote?
ReplyDeleteWill 14th Street ever get sidewalks or not until the street gets paved another two or three times over the next 50 years?
ReplyDeleteIt's a special unique neighborhood with special features so perhaps some of its residents don't want ordinary folk walking their streets..
You are really late to the game. There is a sidewalk all the way down 14st
DeleteWe in Lakewood r not interested in what the Sigeter Ruv of Monroe R Aaron had to say
ReplyDeleteBecause we are know it alls self-centered and self-absorbed we have no interest in following any opinions which are not ours. We love talking about ourselves all the time although sometimes (rarely)it be boring.....
DeleteI think many Rabbonim are scared of AI as it makes them absolute. Why should I run after, then wait for a Ruv, when AI can give me a answer on the spot. I can then check the sources to see if acurate
ReplyDeleteBut you're not going to check the sources.
DeleteEven though AI still makes up totally bogus stuff.
Sadly, people believe things even when they know they shouldn't. Everyone believes the news, as long as the bias is on their side, even though they know journalists make up stuff. Halacha is no different.
The oilam cries that cell towers are dangerous to our health and block them from going up. Then when service is poor they are crying again. Lol
ReplyDeleteHow many Robboninm today Google your shaylah while on the phone with you????
ReplyDeleteNone
DeleteBut they use Piskei Teshuvos, which is no better
Last night the road closures were insane if you live down central or anywhere south of the lake it's almost impossible to get anywhere!!! It's not acceptable
ReplyDeleteMandami can join Satmar at the parade.
