-A fatal single-vehicle crash in Jackson Township Thursday afternoon killed Ronald Miller, a township building inspector. Police said the crash occurred around 1:55 p.m. on South Cooksbridge Road near Westlake Boulevard, when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree. He was pronounced dead at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus.
