- The U.S. Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit challenging New Jersey laws which provide in-state tuition and financial assistance for illegal immigrants. The lawsuit argues such laws "unconstitutionally discriminate against U.S. citizens who are not afforded the same reduced tuition rates, scholarships, or subsidies, create incentives for illegal immigration, and reward illegal immigrants with benefits that U.S. citizens are not eligible for, all in direct conflict with federal law."

 - President Trump has signed an executive order to create retirement accounts for tens of millions of workers who don’t currently have access to a 401(k) or another workplace plan.
“I promised to make the same types of retirement accounts enjoyed by federal employees available to all Americans, and that’s what we’re doing. It only seemed fair,”
Low-income earners without an individual retirement account (IRA) through their employer will receive a yearly federal matching contribution of up to $1,000 each, the president noted.

- Adirei HaTorah announces Rav Yitzchok Soloveitchick shlita from the ziknei Roshei Yeshiva in Eretz Yisroel will be attending the maamad in philadelphia . Ticket sales for the general public will be available for Lag baomer the bnei hayeshiva have begun registration and can purchase a children's ticket for $125 there will be a special section for those who want to sit with their children

- BDE: Petirah of Rav Dovid Tyner z”l from Los Angeles long time rebbe at Yeshiva Toras Emes LA who recently moved to Lakewood he was 72. The Levaya was held in  Lakewood 10:00 am at the chapel with Kevura in Eretz Yisroel . 

- In an interview, the father of the children who accidentally ate from a non-kosher restaurant said:“The kids ate the cheeseburger. The one who ate it was 8 years old, and he even said it tasted strange and wasn’t that good.” He explained that the incident happened while his children were staying at his brother’s house while the parents were away. A frum babysitter was supervising and asked the kids what they wanted for supper. The children mentioned the new kosher cheeseburger everyone had been talking about, and the babysitter mistakenly placed the order at a non-kosher restaurant. When the delivery arrived, the kids took the food immediately and ate it, while the babysitter was not fully paying attention to what had been delivered. - Lakewood schools are asking parents to send in birth certificates of their children  due to new BOE regulations. No such rule has been enforced on public school students as of now.

- Detectives are investigating a shooting Wednesday night involving a police officer in South Toms River, authorities said.The shooting, which occurred around 9:50 p.m. on Dover Road, was not fatal, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.

- The Chancellor of Germany should spend more time on ending the war with Russia/Ukraine (Where he has been totally ineffective!), and fixing his broken Country, especially Immigration and Energy, and less time on interfering with those that are getting rid of the Iran Nuclear threat, thereby making the World, including Germany, a safer place! President DJT

- Total employment in New Jersey increased by 5,800 jobs in March, and the unemployment rate in the state decreased by 0.2% to 4.9%. The February estimate was revised upward by 2,100 jobs, resulting in a January-to-February net loss of 8,200 jobs, up from the preliminary estimate of 10,300 jobs lost.(Onejersey)

    Every time a babysitter makes a mistake all the channels will run to make “letters from a concerned resident” and smear a whole community??

  8. there is something fundamentally wrong with a kosher cheeseburger. yes there is pareve cheese and yes there is pareve meat so you can technically eat a kosher cheeseburger but what about the spirit of the law why o you want to be like the goyim???
