Giuliani Endorses Crispi in 4th District

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani has endorsed Mike Crispi for the Republican nomination for Congress in New Jersey’s 4th district against 21-term Rep. Chris Smith Giuliani will be in New Jersey on Monday to headline a Crispi fundraiser. NJ Globe reports

“Crispi has the courage to take on the worst of what Washington has to offer,” Giuliani said.  “He will protect our American values, stand for election integrity, and drain the DC swamp.”

Crispi’s campaign is being directed by veteran political consultant Roger Stone. Former President Donald Trump has not taken sides in the 4th district primary.

Chris Smith angered many voters after he  recently voted with Biden and Pelosi for the infrastructure bill despite being a Republican. Smith said he did so to better ensure the safety of the people in his district,  to repair and rebuild dangerous roads, bridges, rail lines, tunnels, lead-contaminated water pipes in NJ

However none of the funding was earmarked for route 9, the most critically needed infrastructure project in Lakewood and Toms River. There was no mention of it and surprisingly  missing from the list. Which calls into questioning by some "If Chris Smith was going to vote for it, the least he could have done was to bring some of it back to his district".

- WIC Program root cause for baby formula shortage:
FOX The contracting process means that, in many states, the "approved" provider ends up with a near-monopoly on the formula market—not only do WIC families purchase from their state’s contracted brand, but retailers give this brand greater prominence and preference, meaning most non-WIC families buy that brand too. Ironically, a Biden administration that has spent much time talking about the need to promote competition has said precious little about how this government program actually stifles a robust marketplace for formula.

Mistreating The Frum commun in Miron

The disastrous Miron outline this year that didn't materialize as planned was blamed on a group of Charedi extremists while ignoring most of the failures that led up to and went on throughout Lag Baomer. The frum media and websites were quick to the trigger with arm chair Monday morning quarterback op Ed's and letter writers blaming the frum community based on a selection of viral videos they watched in the comfort of their homes. Yes they blamed police too in order not to be called out as biased. But their charedi blaming and tone is predictable as always in their reporting for clickbate and  frum bashing.

Here's a editorial in today's Hamevaser Newspaper from the deputy Mayor of Bet Shemesh eyewitness who was there.

The ultra-Orthodox public is not a herd of cattle. that can be led to the milking and expect from them complete Cooperation. The government had 13 months of planning after last year's tragedy but instead made no effort to make sure the event goes smoothly and respectful to the Orthodox community. The simple necessities were ignored such as providing basic needs water, protection from the sun and human decency was ignored. People we're kept locked in one area after the next for 8-11 hours. The police treaded them like subhumans and despite it all they behaved and followed the rules until they reached a breaking point. The government put police from East Jerusalem who don't speak the language nor understood the nature and sensitivity of the event and what it meant for the attendees.  Read in Hebrew
