Glatt means *smooth...That's precisely my point. Glatt means *smooth* .how can it have any surchos if it's glatt. These two terms of "sirchos" and "glatt" are contradictory .so by saying that glatt has less sirchos is basically saying that your OK with sirchos but less in the quantity of sirchos.well guess what . Not glatt had sirchos too. So how is glatt better then non glatt.
