-Tropical storm watch in effect for Lakewood-Toms River area- Peak Wind Forecast: 30-40 mph with gusts to 50 mph - Window for Tropical Storm force winds: Tuesday morning until early Wednesday morning

-Gov Murphy  declared a state of emergency for New Jersey  effective 5am Tuesday morning  ahead of Isaias hammering the Garden State on Tuesday. State offices are closed.

-Lakewood Education Association statement members are "not comfortable with the Lakewood School District’s facilities reopening plan to return to five day a week instruction in September and has a list of 67 concerns.  "We are not confident in the school district’s ability to ensure the health and safety of the students, staff, and our community-at-large, The District responds it will stick to its plan. nj1015

-Update: Murphy makes  Exceptions for weddings funerals religious and political events.
-Murphy: We are retightening the restriction on indoor gatherings.
Until further notice, indoor gatherings are now limited to 25% of a room’s capacity – with a MAXIMUM of 25 persons, down from 100. To be clear, this tightening caps indoor house parties at 25 people – period

-Face coverings will be required for all students at all times while inside a school building, regardless of social distancing, unless doing so would inhibit the individual’s health.

-Around 100 people are expected to attend  the Trump fundraiser in Deal and everyone will be tested for the coronavirus, according to a Republican familiar with the planning. (NJ)

- OCHD revises Lakewood numbers and reports negative 12 cases revising yesterdays number of 20 to only 8. Deaths back up by 1. Totals 2694/196

-Matzav reports on Mir Yerushalayim capsule plan Bochurim will need to fly on direct flights to Eretz Yisroel together with the 6 roommates they will be spending the first 2 weeks together with,  A bus will be waiting for the bochurim in the airport and bring them to the campus that the yeshiva has rented for the first 2 weeks
The Talmidim will be staying throughout the first 2 weeks in a nice spacious campus near Yam Hamelach. Every group of 6 bochurim will have a separate room for 14 days. Meals will be provided in their rooms.
They will have porch Minyonim whereby the Bochurin in each room will stand on their own porches and see all others. After 2 weeks the talmidim will return to Beis Yisroel and will be learning in the Yeshiva’s בתי מדרשות, residing in nearby diros and receiving packaged food from the Yeshivah. Every Shiur will be its own capsule, having its own section in the Beis Medresh, own diros and their own dining room for שבתות וימים טובים. See more at Matzav

-Lakewood DMV has met it's capacity and will not be servicing any new customers

- Some yeshivos in EY have instructed their students to deposit a check of $1,500, which will be cashed if the student violates any of the regulations and used to purchase for them an immediate flight back home.

    It was free but they still complained.
    (you can send a private complaint to the distributors to maybe look out and improve but why publicly??

    2. It's not free, someone is paying for it. They are billing the government for a box that is supposed to feed four people for a week, and there is barely enough to feed 1 person for 1 day.

  7. How do they make a mistake and report 20 positive cases and than change it to only 8. If a test is positive it is not negative. Something dont smell right.
