Attempted Abduction on Shabbos

There was an attempted abduction of a 10 year old child yesterday Shabbos afternoon approximately 3pm near the park.
Please ask around if anyone saw a white van driven by black man. He got out of his van and grabbed the child. B"H child faught and got away
