The Satmar Rockwell development in Lakewood will begin its 3rd phase. According to the approved site plan, the new phase will include 3 rows of duplexes between Elmwood Village and Hearthstone, a new shul & open space lot, and new sidewalks on Elmhurst Blvd and Route 9. Site clearing is expected to begin shortly.
And What is bieng done regarding the traffic????
ReplyDeleteBottom line- Belz have a better sense of doin business. They built bigger houses, in a quite area, Close to Route (70), no traffic, for much cheaper. Always thought the Stameres are good at business- this proves otherwise.
