Sefer Torah Campaign in memory of Shmuel Gellis a''h.

The Tallymawr Community, along with friends of the Gellis family are launching a Sefer Torah campaign in memory of Shmuel Gellis a"h. The Sefer Torah will be donated to the Tallymawr Community, home to the Gellis family.
