  1. I always wondered. The CCHF is one of the greatest organazations. Every Tishah B'Av they have their "Tishah B'av Event" which is a opportune time to run it because most people are off and have nothing to do (except run into Loshon Horah issues) so come to the event and save yourselves lots of trouble.
    So far so good.
The wondering comes from the admission fees. I understand that there are expenses involved in running a great and "must" event. But if on the end of the day there are profits accumulated, beyond their expenses, the Halacha clearly states that "no (siman) Bracha will result of such profits. Thus My yearly wondering.
Is this kind of profit exempt? Is this Organazation Exempt? Are the people working on TB also exempt? Are they doing a mitzvah if they are getting paid?
Should they volunteer to avoid the "no Bracha" ruling? Are the profits from selling cds and videos also execmpt? Should they only "sell" them after TB but distribute them out for free or for cost price ON TB?

Last but not least. We are talking about the most important CCHF thus one must assume that all these issues already have been presented and ruled on by component Rabbis, but My wondering is more in theory, to figure out what is allowed and what not on TB. Sort of trying to learn a bit on TB.
