Monday will be another hot day with a high of 94. The NWS issued a Heat advisory for the area until 8 pm Monday evening
* HEAT INDEX VALUES...Up to 104 due to temperatures in the mid
to upper 90s, and dewpoints in the upper 60s lower 70s.
* TIMING...The highest heat index values will occur from the
late morning into the early evening.
* IMPACTS...The heat and humidity may cause heat stress during
outdoor exertion or extended exposure.
There was set-up 6-7 places around Lakewood that have cold water available. There are signs "Shtia-Karah". Make use of it, dehydration is very dangerous.
