Paskesz Candy Temporarily suspends Sour Worx Candy after kid Gets Burn

A Lakewood child has been harmed with a burn on his tongue after eating Sour Worx candy. Other children were treaded for a similar reaction Paskesz Candy Company issued a temporary Recall on the product. In a letter the company said the candy contains citric acid which can cause mouth irritation if consumed excessively. Lakewood pediatrician Dr. Shanik reportedly said the candy can burn a hole in the intestines. Some Stores have pulled the item off their shelves.
