Singer Endorses Flancbaum in LD 30 Assembly Race

August 10, 2017

Dear Friends of the District 30 Legislative Committee:
As you are aware, Monday, A
ugust 14, members of District 30’s Republican county committee will gather for a convention to vote on who will fill David Rible’s unexpired term. We personally want to thank David Rible for his years of service to the citizens of the district and we wish him continued success. We know he will continue to serve with distinction in his new position as Commissioner of the Alcohol Beverage Control. Justin Flancbaum is eager, willing and excited to put his years of public and private service to work for the residents of the 30th District. I believe his youth and energy are needed as our team continues to fight for the needs of District 30 residents. I believe his years of experience and service will transfer well into the role of Assemblyman. He has done an exceptional job in his position as Executive Director of the Lakewood Township Municipal Utility Authority, a Township of over one-hundred thousand residents. During his tenure as Executive Director, he has overseen many cost saving modernization projects. Justin’s leadership has allowed the MUA to provide water at some of the lowest costs in the State. Prior to public service, his resume includes years of service in private business. He has done an outstanding job in both capacities, and I believe that will transfer to his service as Assemblyman.
I believe as a candidate, Justin possesses the necessary qualities that will help continue to make the 30th Legislative District a great place to live and raise a family. It is for these reasons that I am endorsing Justin Flancbaum to join our team and I urge you to support Justin Flamcbaum for Assembly in the District 30 convention.
I thank the committee for your consideration of Justin’s candidacy.
Your friend,
Senator Robert W. Singer.

  2. He chaired the Master plan committee I was very disappointed with the results especially the Density subcommittee and all the hidden meetings keeping the public out of what really went on behind closed doors. Why should we continue to support this corruption?

  3. Justin is a nice friendly person. Please do not vote for him. He does whatever he is told. We don't need anymore of this .we need less Justin not more. His connections to the MUA LIC and planning board together with being an assemblyman will allow him to bring even more corruption to our town. Whoever the alternative candidate is needs to know he has the support of the people being hurt by all the corruption and needs to work for us. Not Bob Singer and his buddies.
But really Justin is a great guy. Just don't vote for him. Anyone else is better.

  4. Justin is very successful in what he believes in. You disagree with his view on density? That's fine; but being on the Legislature has no impact on density decisions. It has in impact on other pertinent decisions that are crucial to the district. He has the correct mindset and is a youthful candidate; I would strongly encourage the County to vote him in.

  7. Will he have to give up his Lakewood jobs if he wins or he will still retain them. It's important to know.

    1. He will keep his Lakewood jobs. The more a person is involved in various levels of government, the more help he can give those that put him into power. We need to take back our town. We need to take back ocean county. We need the people of Jackson, toms river , and Howell to know that we are not the enemy. The people didn't cause all the problems in Lakewood. We have been held captive all these years by the corruption of Bob Singer. With Justin in place, Bobby can retire in peace knowing that he has someone to do his bidding.
But Justin is a really nice guy.

  8. The current assemblyman Sean Kean is the attorney for the LIC Lakewood Industrial Commission. Justin Flancebaum is the chairman of the LIC. How in the world will Lakewood gain with such a conflict of interest.
More so the LIC negotiated and signed the blue claws deal it ended up costing millions abd a loss for the taxpayers. We don't need more of this.

    1. The foxes have eaten up the henhouse a long time ago .
Sean kean was suppose to run against Bob singer when they redistricted. He approached me for help in getting the Lakewood vote after he saw what we did to singer on the Township Committee. He thought singer was finished. Within half an hour after our meeting singer made him an offer. Drop it and i will take care of you. It's been like that ever since. Everyone goes to the dark side because they need money.
I hope Sean Kean feels good about himself. You gotta make a living somehow. Right?
