FAA- Township Updates Website After Hiding Resolution from Public

From FAA  cover up? the screen shots don't lie. The Lakewood Township updated it website yesterday posting a link to the final agenda for the meeting that took place on November 10, 2016. Until yesterday the draft version was the only reference for the meeting.  A Resolution giving township land to CHEMED for a 50 year $1 lease was missing and not published prior to the meeting.  After it was uncovered the township retroactively made it appear as if it was on the website the day before on November 9 , 2016. This was no clerical error it's pretty obvious what went on.

  1. This was no clerical error of someone forgetting to update the website. You can tell they did not want the public to know about it prior to the vote.
It was changed from an ordnance to a resolution obviously some thought went into it how to make a mistake abd pull a fast one over the taxpayers without having to publicize it.

  2. This is classic corruption. Dishonest unethical conduct by those in power to benefit the select few.

  3. Can someone please explain to those of us who aren't familiar with organizations such as CHEMED, Do the people who own amd run them become wealthy off it? If yes, I know that there are those in the community who gain from it, but wouldn't it make sense that the owner's of these organizations should use their own money or money from their organization to buy land and not take taxpayer land? Or maybe they are not making that much money?

Raboisai, enough already. There is so much that needs to be Done And can be done to make Lakewood a better place to live, and we are constantly bombarded by and stopped by corruption. So much chillul hashem. We are hated everywhere in New Jersey now. It was not like this 10 years ago. All the pushiness with politicians and asking for favors that don't even benefit the klal have caused all of this. We need this to stop now

  12. That resolution can be overturned if someone was willing to spend $ and go to court.

Ohh one more thing, the person would also have to be willing to get publicly shamed by the powers that be in our town, that seem to feel that if you oppose them taking township land, you are worthy of being called out and ostracized.
