Was menashe laughing at the lawyer? He said he will get to the bottom of all the corruption. He has a long way to dig. It goes so deep. And menashe can just keep laughing.

    1. Watching the video its disgusting of M&M to laugh and disregard people talking at the microphone. They show no respect very childish and unprofessional.

    2. Not sure if they were laughing at the Lawyer or at Mrs. Friedman either way sick and disgusting what they did. They do not represent us.

    4. They are giddy because they feel they will be reelected next year after the Vaad showed it controls the sheep.

    5. To be fair none of us know what they were laughing about they could have just been cracking jokes to each other but its still not nice and shows disrespect. Next meeting they should not sit next to each other.

  2. Menashe the abolisher shut the microphones off again, so the committee-members voices wouldn't get on the audio record.

    1. Menashe is not the abolisher as other committeemen also voted to get rid of the rent control board. He promised to bring it back but never did. Its ironic that another committeeman who works in management may have had more to do with the abolishing.

    2. Menashe is the abolisher. Menashe was the then-Mayor that placed the abolition ordinance onto the agenda. When caught red-handed, Menashe was the one that decided to issue the unprecedented public press-release attempting to assure Lakewood's citizens that he will take no further action on the abolition. Menashe was the one that promised in that press release and again at the public hearing to reinstate the rent control board. Menashe has repeatedly asserted that he really does want to represent the community and is not motivated to protect his landlord buddies and their special interests.

It is now almost an entire year later, and he unsurprisingly failed to keep his public promise to bring those protections back for the people of Lakewood. Every other board except for the rent control board has been reinstated. Why has he not acted to protect Lakewood's residents?? Whom else is Menashe the abolisher protecting instead??

  3. There is so,much fake news here. It is not possible that even one developer did not pay an impact fee to the County. The County will not sign off on the plans before they get their check.

Second. The County dies not count the basement as a unit. They do take the basements into consideration when calculating traffic, for the traffic impact fees. The township also dies that when calculating parking spaces. The township requires 2 spaces for each basement in addition to the 2 spaces for each owner.

Every time people write fake news,it just hurts the credibility of all the complaints .

    1. The parking spaces are calculated based on bedrooms. That's the loophole used. Call the basement rooms "sewing room", "exercise room" etc, and you get away with less spots than required by the township calculation.

  4. FAA does great work but honestly he should be called out for his comments about shomrim or repeating what was said on kol mevaser. He crossed a line there n reason for him to bring up those things in a public forum

  5. RE: The 530 + acre Ocean County park that one developer wants to buy, Mr. Aaron Hirsh, why are you laughing?

The vaad & the Igud ( same cloth) will meet and decide how to divvy the pie.
Bob Singer & George Gilmore will deliver it.

Mr. Lichtenstein will get the management. Menash will be in (including the fake smile), etc.

Of course the rest of the nameless (roitzim bi ilum shmum) will also share in the bounty.

  7. Why was Menashe the abolisher texting so much while the public questioned LCSW's 50 year lease + option to purchase? Was he communicating at the time back & forth to the principals of LCSW and related businesses?

  8. Attention to the gullible Lakewood people.
The entire Lakewood is a ONE-WAY street.
Only 1 - way - into the pockets of the corrupt officials.
The streets have many names, gelt, kessef, bak-sish, dinero, l'argent, penge, raha, bani, penize, geld, quian, kane, coles way, miller road, etc. all mean the same.$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Similar to the Bunim, OB"M quote from Reb Ahron Kotler, Z"L

So Raboisai keep up the good work for the Klal.

  10. Why in gods mame does lcsw need 2.5 acres for thier garage. Also now that it came to light that chaverim is also looking for a place, why then can both organization share the 2.5 acres for garage space. Something smells really bad woth this one dollar purchase/lease?

    1. Can we please see the actual lease contract uploaded (it is a public document), so we can read what's actually included in the deal??

      Delete
    2. We have to make sure that the contract clearly states that it is strictly for lcsw use and no one has a right to use in any other capacity even for free. And for sure not to allow the shopper news to use it in any capacity.

  11. They need it for the Shopper "mainly".

  12. Meir claims that lcsw saves the town alot of money. He didnt offer to say how much on average they save , jusy that they save and therefore its justified to give them 2.5 acres for free. Meir why didnt local taxes go down if lcsw saves us so much money?
Meir, just curious are you an official or non official volunteer for lcsw?

  13. Mr. Raitzik supports the one way street only certain conditions. Hefkervelt, you gotta listen closely to understand. If the changes are made then he's not for it. You can tell this when Mr. Hass gets up to counter his contention.

So because the LCSW saves us monet we will reward the owners of the Lakewood shopper with a 2 million dollar property? Does that even make any sense? Meir Lichtenstein has been steeped in corruption for so long that he actually believes his own stupidity. If they need to park vehicles they should park wherever there is available space. They have plenty of places to park vehicles. Save us money? How? By stealing gas for their own personal use? The entire organization was stolen from Lakewood Shomrim. Perhaps it's time we helped the real owner get it back. It comes with a huge piece of property now.

  15. The public works site is HUGE and fenced in, Why can't they use a portion of it to store etc their equipment without giving away a potential great commercial ratable and help keep our taxes down. By giving this valuable property away our taxes will go up!!! Do the math. I can see down the road when people forget about this BACKROOM sweetheart deal, they will sell and build Townhomes in the Back. Watch and wait as our leaders continue to Fleece us of every penny we have

      Hush!

The VAAD endorsed me and they fully approve of all my activities. Rabble rousers like yourself should immediately stop trying to divide the good taxpaying residents who care about our town.
