22:22 – Mr. argues that the application has missing info and should not be voted on. Board’s Attorney and engineer push him hard.
31:00 - Josh Shmukler is allowed to speak without being sworn in. Seeks to educate the board. Ally Morris tells Hertzel she cannot get full applications on time. Hertzel says then it should be pushed off.
36:00 – Applicant claims he can build 3 houses without any approval and out of his good heart he is building only 2 homes.
45:35 – Shlomo Klein- was in a car crash due to traffic created by over development. Exposes Ahron Mansur’s lies.
50:10 – Ahron Hirsch argues that the county cannot reverse the board’s decisions once approved. The engineer argues. Asks the board not to approve this application because it will ruin the Chestnut neighborhood, where he lives.
55:24 – developer Smuli Rabinowitz ‘testifies’ on behalf of his fellow developer Mr Mansur. One hand washes the other
57:50 – motion approved( 4-3) all non – Jewish members ( Franklin, Hibberson and Angela Zografos ) vote against. Ironically the Jewish members ( Justin Flancbaum, Louie Follman, Israel Grunberger and

  3. 1:17:25 – Brian tells them not to believe Klein. Ally cuts Brian. Tells him she emailed all engineers the new rules.
1:20:40 – Brian comes up with a plan. He asks the board to wave the architectural plans just for this time because it is a ‘custom home’. engineer vouches hard for the applicant.
1:33:40 – Klein again. What is a ‘custom home’? no curbs on the sidewalk. Says the ordinance was created so builders like Mansur cannot build homes in attics. Board’s attorney sides with Mansur. Mentions he was insulted by Klein.
1:38:10 – Brian says he does not need to put sidewalks across the street.
1:39:40 – Yitzchak Goldshmit speaks. Says he told Mansur he would agree to his project as long as it’s conforming. It’s not all the way there.
