  1. As it appears to me is the Golf club project something designed for the satmar chasidim from williamsburg, not even for Lakewood bnei Torah. Nothing wrong with that, but they need to be honest.

  2. r isser zalman the father in law of r 'aron even in his old age would walk the long route so much as not to disturb the chickens on the shorter one. kal vchomer ben bno shel kal vchomer. every insect serves a purpose in this world and if g-d only wanted kids in the world and nothing else he would have created it as such

  3. What is with the new concerted attack on the seniors. First by the builders at the Township meeting, and now by TLS in a shameful article.

There are a few seniors who have decided to go above and beyond in defaming all Orthodox Jews in Lakewood, but the majority just want to live a normal peaceful life, like the majority of all Lakewood residents.

TLS should be ashamed of themselves. Supporting the greedy, who care only for themselves at everyone else's expense, and attacking people who just want to live.

TLS banned me for asking him to remove the article, I happen to have his personal e-mail address and I am considering releasing it

I have a high tolerance for a lot of things, but attacking the seniors, when people look at you as the voice of the Orthodox Community, is a bridge too far.

    2. Although banning people, when you try to give the impression of being a news site is bad enough, the article about the seniors was disgusting.

I understand there was a specific senior who may have given misinformation to some press that led to a rash of negative articles, but that doesn't represent the entire senior community, just like TLS does not represent the entire Orthodox community,

    1. Watch the video above and the comments from the "representatives" of the frum community" starting at 1:45. If you were in their shoes, what would you do

  5. Whoever did not watch the above video YOU MUST WATCH FROM 1:45 on. Then when our neighbors hate us, they are going to blame it on anti-semitism.

    This is thoroughly disgusting.

  6. CHUTZPAH these people don't represent the majority of from residents in Lakewood. If we had a housing ccrisis why are we selling all new construction to people from Brooklyn.

    1. I guess they all want to buy homes for their children when the children are 55.

And since when do seniors rent basements?

  8. How much of our local politicians political capital is going to be used for getting this approved by the State? How much of that political capital will be used for changing the State School Aid formula that is crippling Lakewood?

Have you wondered why the members of the Township Committee aren'the more active in Trenton lobbying to get the State aid formula resolved? Could it be they have other priorities?

Time to drain the swamp. Even if the new comittee persons are incompetent, it would take them a long time to gain the expertise in scamming the community like the current crop has.

      Sharaby
      Travis
And Gruman are all competent enough to be on the committee, but more importantly , none would be swayed by the VAAD or any special interest group looking for special treatment that could hurt the well being of our town..

      So June 6th
      VOTE!
      SHARABY
      TRAVIS
If you are a Republican that is only voting for new people
      Democrats and independents VOTE
      GRUMAN
      RAITZIK
To ensure that incumbents are voted out early.
All other candidates are not an option. They are self serving politicians, or would soon become self serving politicians if elected. We can't take the chance of splitting our vote.
JUNE 6th we can change everything.
