TRV News: BM Lutzk temporarily closed by inspectors

TRV News:
Beis Medresh Lutzk was temporarily closed by Lakewood Township inspectors this morning. Republican candidate for Township Committee along with MUA President and planning board member Justin Flancboum along with other top Askanim are working on getting the Shul re-opened so that the Beis Medresh can be re-opened for the hundreds that use it daily learning and Davening.

  2. Farm Fresh is also closed now. Something just don't smell right all of a sudden they are cracking down.
    So much for "unzerer" askanim.

  3. It's election season and someone is pandering to a block vote.

  4. The red notice was only put up on 4/18 the last day of Pesach. He wrote an earlier date to make it look worse then it was! And as a township insprector he knew it was Pesach! Shame on him! (Was it also really necessary to put it in every. single. window.?!?!?!)

  5. Why does this have to be political? Are you saying the building has been properly inspected and is structurally sound? If it is potentially dangerous, Pesach or not, let's have priorities and keep everyone out and safe.

  7. I don't know what's going on but weren't you guys happy when inspectors closed down the building on the corner of 9 & Chestnut? Everyone has to follow rules, not just the people we don't like...

    1. No shaychus that building was under construction at the time. The Lutzk bais medrash is servicing hundreds daily all of a sudden out of the blue it was shut down.

    2. No Shaychis, if the inspectors shut it down, there's obviously something Lutzk is doing that's a violation. Everyone has to play by the rules, or nobody does.

  9. I am no fan of the current establishment and would be
the first to vote them out. That being said when you are a small community you can convince people to look the other way. However once you are a large community with a target on your back for many reasons, everything has better be on the up and up. Add to that the news coming out of certain institutions you had better make sure that everything is glatt kosher vyosher and done the proper way. Like it or not this just the beginning.
