  4. Bais din tzedek is a very questionable bais din in lakewood . I wouldn't take their siruv very seriously . This is knopfler bais din . Until a legitiment bais din or rav in lakewood makes a statement backing it up , I would disregard it

  5. Are we allowed to use the Talmudo Byodo Calender or is it included in the Siruv?

  6. Are there three dayyanim signed on this seiruv? Because otherwise, it can be used to start a lag baomer fire and little else

  7. The Seiruv clearly states that the so called 'Badatz of LLakewood'is possul to decide this case. They heard the story already from one side and cannot stay impartial. Yet NPGS was repeatedly willing to go to other Botei Din and was rebuffed by Badatz's desperate need for a caseload. This Seiruv is nonsense, go buy in NPGS, if you wish to.

    1. I find that hard to believe. All you have to do,is send a letter and state which, other Bais Dun you are willing to go to and they would not issue a Siruv.

    2. That is true with regular Botei Din, that have enough cases not to be desperate for another one. Those that hardly have any cases feel the necessity to force people to come to them

  8. I read the seeruv and no where does it say anything about posil. Its absolutely osdur to shop there until its ok'd by bais din

    1. I hope it's outcome is better than west gates outcome with a psak din!

    2. Everything on this site somehow comes down to westgate.

    3. The Seruv says that they know the case. If they heard the case from one side, they are possul for the case.

It is completely muttar to buy in NPGS for this reason and the fact that no three dayanim signed the hazmono or seruv.

    4. Possibly because it's an ongoing avlah and it was the proverbial straw that broke the camels back. Ever since the avlah against the shul in Westgate was exposed, people's eyes were finally opened to the disgusting truth of how Lakewood is run. It finally became impossible to pull the wool over everyone's eyes and pretend that all is kosher v'yosher!
THANK YOU HEFKERVELT FOR FINALLY EXPOSING THE ROT AND DECAY THAT IS AT THE CORE OF LAKEWOOD!!

    1. You trust anything that is written on the Fakewood poop??
Posting paid ads as news items without mentioning that it's an ad is deceiving IMHO.
The poop is also all in with the vaad and had officially become it's propaganda machine.

    4. Shoot the messenger.....

The Rabbonim of Lakewood all signed against this BD. Thelakewoodscoop happened to report on it.

    5. Some signatures were forged other rabbonim took back their signatures. The messenger is very good at selective reporting.

    6. Not one signature was forged. Not one Rov took back his signature. Someone forged their signatures as though they had retracted. You are invited to call any of the signatories to find out if they retracted and/or were forged.

    7. Any documentation of Rabbonim who support or work with knofler?

    8. It is a Bes din that deals with lots of cases both in Lakewood and fro outside. Its very elling that poeple dont trust the so called established Lakewood Botei Din and go to Badatz of Lakewood or to Brooklyn

    9. A link please?

  10. The seruv does not state that they know the facts of the case. Every single din Torah starts by a tovea coming to Bais din and outlining a general tayna. That does not constitute hearing the facts of the case. That is basics in halacha. According to you no din Torah can ever start because the tovea can never even tell the Bais din his tayna before the other party is there. That us ludicrous.

    1. According to the Torah, the Beis Din cannot hear the ta'anah before both sides are there.
You are welcome to choose a different religion if you so please. The so called 'Badatz of Lakewood' will be glad to offer suggestions.

    2. Ask Rabbi ..... He'll get you a heter to go against a psak din and not come through on promises. He has a degree, cum laude, in it!

  11. You are not correct. In every din Torah ,a tovea goes to the Secretary of the Bais din and states in very general terms without details ,that he wants to summon ploni to din because he feels ploni stole money from him. Then, later ,in front of three dayanim ,and in front of both parties each side states his story.

  12. It is a very legitimate BD. He is just not easily intimated so,people don't like him.
