Your gas tax dollars at work? or waste?
Gov. Chris Christie signed legislation releasing some $400 million in funding for new construction projects for the state's Transportation Trust Fund. For Ocean county there are no repairs , but the portion of Route 9 running through Lakewood will receive "concept development for widening."
The supplementary spending bill Christie signed into law requires the $400 million to be spent within 100 days. Read more at NJ.com
