Post Yom Tov stores out of items

Can't find lettuce, Flanken,  yeast etc. Stores in Lakewood ran out of items as distributors can not catch up to the post pesach restocking.  It takes up to 3 weeks for the industry to get back to normal following pesach. This year's schedule was challenging for the industry particular the kosher produce market.

    Lettuce I think is a different problem there's been a shortage of it going on for the last few weeks...

    Kosher west had lettuce, flanken, yeast as well as cheek meat yom tuv
