Appeal # 3948 – Esther Gluck, 516 Ashley Avenue – requesting clarification of a condition of the resolution.

Appeal # 3958A – Clearview Equities, Block 855.01 Lots 21, 34.03, 36 & 37, R-20/M-2 zone  Major subdivision

Appeal # 3990 – Shlomo Kanarek, West County Line Road, Block 2 Lots 2, 3, 24, 51 & 58,  R-12 zone. Use variance for townhomes. Rezone to turn 4 lots into 51 townhouses!!
