School acceptance letters to be mailed out for High school girls

Its that time of year again and 8th grade girls  in Lakewood anxiously and nervously anticipate Acceptance letters for  high school. Officially the letters are set to go out on Rosh chodesh which is Tuesday. There was a rumor circulating that the schools may hold off and mail the letters right after Pesach. This is only the first round of letters that go out, not everyone is accepted right away and a few hundred girls will have to wait for the next few rounds to know where and if they will have a school.

    2. I guess you're pretty confident your daughter is in school. Just not sure which one.
Others may not even be in any school

  4. Not mentioning names, but one high school gave out acceptance letters right after they did interviews, and gave a very short deadline, to eliminate competition. Quite unethical.

  5. From what I hear, there are about 150 more 8th grade girls than last year and no new schools . There are about 8 to 9 more elementary school 8th grade classes than there are 9th grade classes.
