  7. We need to focus on making a moratorium on all large building projects before this one goes for approvals. The lawyers and leaders that say it is not a legal option are simply lying. There is no reason an emergency moratorium cannot be enacted. No judge would challenge such a ruling. Stop fighting every project that comes up. It hurts everyone. We need them to know that more new housing on empty land is not an option any longer

  8. STOP THE INCONSIDERATE AND DISGUSTING OVERBUILDING IN LAKEWOOD. THE TOWN IS ALREADY RUINED BY THE HOARDS WHO HAVE NO REGARD FOR HOW THEIR ACTIONS AFFECT THE WHOLE COMMUNITY.

  9. I feel so sorry for those Fairways at Lake Ridge Senior residents, on Skyline Drive, who paid a $55K premium to have beautiful golf course views, when they built their homes there. **Will these seniors receive a refund, regarding the Golf Course View Premium that they paid, when they were building their homes?** Sigh... I feel so bad for these Seniors who have to worry about that, now.

  10. I only know one politician whose not in any one's pocket, and that is President Trump
I'm going to write him about all that is transcribing in Lakewood
what a shame that elderly seniors have to sit down and take what is happening
well, no more we older peoples are going to fight the eagle ridge golf course situation we're not going to sit down anymore. we all paid a lot money to be in a golf community which was zoned recreational until the owners this past summer had it charge to residential for their own greed
my Mom taught me a long time ago, That what go's around comes around.
I hope the right big shots reads this post, take it serious, because my Mom just happens to know President Trump and a lot of the news media. she's 90, but she still knows how to dial phone and write letters to the right people. the over crowding in Lakewood especially cross street is not safe for anyone, and the street is dirty from young boys throwing their snack papers as they walk. building a community off of cross street will only lead to more unsafe issues. besides the fact they will being taking away a beautiful gold course, which by the way is NOT suitable for building houses, there are chemicals under ground from it being a waste dump not good. all you investors should rethink what your letting yourself in for.

  11. went to the master plan meeting last night the seniors received an apogee from the community saying that the plan from 2009 was very very wrong. the over crowed building has created too much traffic which makes very dangerous roads, their are no sidewalks for mothers and children to walk safely.
what i observed last night was the unwillingness for some of the panel to acknowledge the conditions they have allowed, which by the way are very illegal, i would think by now people are believing that all these panel people are only in it for the money, on the panel you had a representative for the developers I have to wonder why hasn't all these different panels representing the people of lakewood haven't been investigated, you have go past the county, state levels and go directly to the federal level but before that we should try talking to the district attorney, see what he has to say whose knows maybe he will start an investigation to see whose corrupt
lakewood now is in the public eye the municipally of lakewood has ruined the town its time for everyone to take a stand and of course it should be a legal stand start writing to the news papers and even tv news, CROSS STREET is probably one of the dirtiest streets i have ever seen who is responsible for cleaning it up, aren't the residences ashamed of where and how they live. you build anymore unless you fix and widen the streets of lakewood. we all know your property line has to be so many feet from the curb, well take a look at cross street about 100 yards before it meets rt9, the backyards of these new houses are practically in the street , i can't imagine who would call that a safe situation, that should be investigated immediately before a child or someone get run over.
    any suggestions please reply
