What a novel use for a beis hamedrash. Till now, you could daven, learn and eat shaleshidess in the beis hamedrash. Now it can also be used for sales presentations. Who needs the meadowlands for an expo? Rodney street shul is perfect!

    1. Rush to judgment sir. It was done in the side room. And maybe the Lakewood crowd can learn a bit from the chasidim and look out for their brethren, as opposed to...., and when they see Belz, Satmar, Vishnitz, Klausenberg leaders as in true leaders work hand in hand with their people to assist with housing.

    2. Sir your spelling of Sholosh Seudas gives you away as a Chasidish guy hiding behind a fake nickname. Try again & better to cover your tracks.

Litvaks have this rosy look at chassidim, as though their leaders are in it for the people and nobody is overlooked.
Don't try and say that out loud in Williamsburg or Boro park. You might get laughed at.
All powerful leaders step ok n their sheeple, regardless of the clothing they wear. All of them understand why Molotov cocktails are acceptable ways of enforcing a 'takooneh fun tatten' and housing is just another way of keeping the business going.

Lakewood is ways better than them

  2. This sign is really icky from a haskafah perspective.

For decades the Lakewood community has been criticized for thinking "Lakewood is Yerusalayim" and forgetting they are in golus. But this takes it to a whole new level. To use Adon Olom talking about HKB'H as a sales pitch to move to Lakewood? Even with the play on words in the end and change of of Lhachbira to Lhasbira .

I'm not remotely a knaoi but this is something I'm moche about

      Hers are the real words.

להמשיל לו להחבירה בלי ראשית בלי תכלית ולו העוז והמשרה

      Seems like some good marketing.

    5. I explicitly mentioned that play on words in my original post. Absolutely not acceptable. You don't use Odon Olom's references to HKBH as a sales pitch for Lakewood houses. Even with a play on words in the end.
