Bob Singer to vote Yes on NJ Gas tax hike

State senator Bob Singer is said to vote Yes in favor of raising the NJ gas tax by an additional 23 cents per gallon. HIs vote and that of 3 other republicans is enough to pass the bill. Call his office ASAP and tell him to vote NO. The bussing bill is no excuse to choke us with this highway robbery.

  1. Your sinah is so evident. What does busing have to do with highways. We need the gas tax to fix our roads. When the highways have potholes and you are stuck in traffic you complain. When we raise money to fix them and add extra lanes you complain. Do you know how to do anything else besides complain ?

    1. There are over 7,000 kids without busing whos parents are driving them to school everyday in Lakewood now they have to pay more for gas.
Your probably a Vaad troll or someone who directly benefited financially from bob singer on the backs of hard working tax payers. He gave us the stadium among other things.

  2. The Busing bill was passed in exchange for a yes vote on the gas tax. Now NJ residents will blame us for this.

  3. It costs double as much in NJ to pave a mile of road than almost every other state in the union. That's the issue. Ronald Reagan once said "we don't have a revenue issue, we have a spending issue".

  4. I'm willing to bet that there will be some legislators who voted yes on the busing bill who will vote no on the gas tax bill. And there will he some who voted no on the busing bill who will vote yes on the gas tax bill. So this is nonsense. It happens yo he that the gas tax is necessary for our state to function. The State is broke and without it we won't have any highways left.

    1. The majority of NJ voters disagree with you. They are also a bit smarter than you. spending double the amount to fix roads is simply a giveaway to the union thugs.
