    WARNING BAD LANGUAGE
African American man threatening Orthodox Jewish at the scene of an accident on Kennedy Blvd and Clifton in Lakewood.
    He screams
    *GO BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY*
( what country is he referring to Palestine? )
And then this Foul mouthed guy collapsed,
    { probably after he saw the dash cam and found out that here at the light, lol}

  2. In the video you see him kicking the car of the guy in the accident.

  3. Understandably, he was visibly upset after getting in an auto collision. Was he responsible for the auto incident? We do not see the before only the after. Where is the video of the alleged physical assault by the way?

We should not dismiss the reckless behavior of one or both drivers because of his language.

  4. "Kike!" can be heard as well.

I was at the scene and saw the entire thing unfold. I take offense to your comment. What I witnessed was the black male opening the victim car door and started physically assaulting him.

I don't know any sane person that can justify this behavior. This is criminal behavior by all standards.

    1. Thank you for being an eye witness. Would you also provide details on the cause of the accident? Exactly the same for language, we should not dismiss reckless driving by one or both drivers because of an alleged assault.

    2. What don't you get, he was upset and that's why he acted that way, doesnt matter who was right or wrong in the collision, he vehicle was damaged, his day was ruined, and was mad as hell. give the guy a break!

    3. I cant believe what I'm reading. Are you implying that having a bad day or being upset because of an accident justifies assaulting people?? You also refer to it as an "alleged" assault. You are replying to a person who was at the scene and witnessed it first hand, that's not alleged, that's an eye witness! What more proof do you need than the video that shows the individual kicking in the victims car door. Again the video is proof , I'ts not a case of an "alleged" assault.

    4. Apparently it's idiots day over here in the comment section. I have been on the receiving end of accidents caused by other drivers twice.

Once, by a guy who ran a stop sign while speeding, and another time by a guy in a very large pick up who decided to merge into my lane without checking that anyone was there.

Both times my car was totaled.one time my car was hit so hard that it spun around twice before coming to a stop.

I am not an angel, I was angry, I am sure I yelled some colorful language before getting out of my car. But I did not attack the other driver.

As a matter of fact, on one occasion, the driver started yelling at me, no doubt seeking a big pay day from insurance. I waited for police to arrive, they took eyewitness statements and from the place where the car was damaged, it was clearly the other drivers fault.

there is no excuse for being violent.

    5. I think she may have been confusing assault and battery. Simple assault is an attempt to harm or just the fear of battery. While battery is actually physically harming someone. I think what the others are saying though is that is he was not to blame for the collision the driver provoked him aggressive response.

    6. they would not have added it to the report of his arrest, it is not a criminal matter, it is a civil one

    7. To 12:36 - With all the eye witnesses, how come no one has details about the car collision? This thread is filled with convenient omissions. Let the truth come out. The only thing we know is that the Jackson man was hit by a man running a red light. Unless we hear otherwise, he was wronged first.

    8. Lets say he was wronged first that still does not give you an excuse to take the law into your own hands.

  6. srsly? come on we all ee the video and we will all see the footage of what happened before. come on! he was angry for just being in an accident. some swearing = harassment? relax.

  7. Excuse me - we all have bad days and we are taught that living in a civil society we do not kick cars, assault people and use foul racist language - He does not deserve a break - he deserves to be reeducated

    1. what he did was wrong, just like the guy who crashed. no question about that. stop blowing things up.

    2. The guy who crashed didn't do it intentionally, punching and kicking the guy was intentional and felony assualt.

A few points on your insane comments

    1) "With all the eye witnesses, how come no one has details about the car collision?" Who says there is no details on the car collision? what details are you looking for? Ill be more then happy to provide that, just let me know what details you want to know.

    2) "This thread is filled with convenient omissions. Let the truth come out." What omission are you referring too? you seem to insinuate that you know that omissions were left out, please enlighten me, I was there and saw the entire thing.

    3) "The only thing we know is that the Jackson man was hit by a man running a red light." You are correct, but only partially, the part you are correct is that the Jackson man was hit by a man running a red light. The part you are incorrect is that that is not the only thing we know.
    a) We know that the Jackson man punched the man running a red light 3 times in the face and stomach.
    b) We know that he kicked him once in the stomach.
    c) we know he tried breaking his window
    d) and everything else you see in the video

    4) "Unless we hear otherwise, he was wronged first." This is the must insane remark you made. Yes he was wronged first, 100% BUT it is called an ACCIDENT do you know the definition of that? Do you think the guy wanted to crash into him?

In addition, there are 2 issues here, one is the accident, 2 is the physical assault. They are not tied together, period, end of story.

    1. ACCIDENT is not appropriate here, it is a collision. While the driver did not have a crash planned in his heart, his selfish actions disregarded the safety of others. This crash was not caused by black ice, slick roads, or mechanical failure, but rather deliberate actions to run a red light. That type of mental state is not an accident.

You are correct. That does not give anyone the right to assault someone, period.

    3. how is hitting a man by running through a red light an accident? isnt that negligence?

  15. I will teach my children to be careful on the road. Being aggressive and running lights is like playing with fire. Not only will you eventually burn yourself but you will also burn your neighbors. I think this man from Jackson did not have hate in his heart and did not intend to do those acts that day when he woke up, but he was burned by the red-light driver and reacted in the worst way.

  16. If someone was careless and ran a red light and hit my car, I would be angry but I wouldn't punch him and yell profanities. I would take care of it with the police and my insurance in a civil manner.

  17. My instructor taught even if you have the right of way always check before you go. Always roll out of a stop at a stop sign and at a light ect.
