Lakewood Neziros story first reported on Dans Deals Lakewood forums

From Dans Deals yesterday at 5:16 pm that was the first report.
Interesting story happened in Lakewood last week. A class was learning about Nezirus, and a 12 and a half year old boy said I am becoming a Nozir, for a minute. The Halacha is that someone close to 13 (Kotan hasomuch L’ish) can also be mekabel nezirus (and if you make yourself a Nazir for even a short time, it’s automatically for 30 days). Rav Forsheimer was asked and after consulting with Reb Shmuel Kamintesky, said that they have to keep Nezirus till they go to a Rav to Matir it. (not sure if I got all the facts correct).

JDN:

  2. The scoop wrote it as a first report a few hours later. Also interesting the scoop used ti ignore anything about BMG not reporting events or calling it by name now things have evolved and ceo or someone sent a picture from the cemetery in Israel for scoop to publish.

  3. Stealing content without credit is not ehrlich. Its common from sites to take and feed off each other but dont call a story a first report when it was reported elsewhere. The poop always sensationalizes its headlines with breaking stories of the most mundane news items or non stories.

  4. Cutzpah for TLS to call it a "first report"

  5. DDF isn't a news site.

Anyways, here is a proper link to the post

    1. The scoop should have at least given credit to the source of the story. It happened a week ago no one reported it then it was first posted on DDF somehow a few hours later the scoop published it as a first report.
