Two Lakewood health clinics receive $1.4 Million in awards program

Health Infrastructure Investment Program Awards to NJ 6 awards totaling $4,780,203 to serve a projected 23,531 additional patients. Of the 6, two are located in Lakewood. $1,000,000 going to (LRRC) Lakewood  Resource and Referral Center and $430,203 to (OHI) Ocean Health Initiatives. click HERE for more. The money is for facility renovation, expansion, or construction. Health centers will use this funding to increase their patient capacity and to provide additional comprehensive primary and preventive health services to medically underserved populations.
