Township pre Pesach Trash drop off begins tomorrow 6 am

TOWNSHIP OF LAKEWOOD PASSOVER Drop off / Chometz Burning Program 2016
Thursday April 21st 6:00am through Friday, April 22nd 12 Noon BULK DROP OFF Locations:
1. Patrick Park - 1000 Vine Street – Baseball Parking lot
2. Sunset Park - Sunset Road – Playground Parking lot
3. Old DPW Site - Ninth Street – Parking lot
4. Forest Avenue - Forest Avenue – between 9th and 10th Streets
5. John Franklin Public Works Complex - One America Ave. – Resident drop off area
6. Westgate Hillside Blvd. – Hillside Blvd.
7. Frank Bartoff Park Brook Road – Parking lot
8. Lakewood Baseball Stadium (BlueClaws) – 1 Stadium Way Parking lot


Chometz Burning Sites – ONLY - Friday April 22, 2016 7:00 a.m.
1. Patrick Park 1000 Vine Street – Baseball Parking lot
2. Frank Bartoff Park Brook Road – Parking lot
3. Khal Zichron Yaakov - 175 Sunset Road – Parking lot
4. BMG 7th Street and Private Way – Parking lot
5. BMG 9th and Clifton Avenue – Parking lot
6. Lakewood BlueClaws Stadium – 1 Stadium Way Parking lot
Please only Chometz and Cardboard/PAPER at the burning locations – NO TRASH will be burned.  The County facility will ONLY accept paint, motor oil and antifreeze. Residents may assume PAINT RELATED MATERIALS include thinners, stains and other CHEMICALS and will be turned away.  Paint - Full and partially full paint cans are accepted at the County’s Recycling Center. There is a 20 can limit through the Ocean County Paint Management Program. Latex, oil based, and boat paints are accepted.  Stains, wood preservatives, varnishes or polyurethanes ARE NOT accepted.  Household Hazardous Waste - Toxic household products such as herbicides, pesticides, household cleaners,
paints and paint thinners, solvent and photographic chemicals are accepted ONLY on Household Hazardous Waste Collection days. Call the Ocean County Solid Waste Management Hotline at 1-800-55-RECYCLE for locations & dates.  Dry materials limited to 200pounds. Liquid material ls limited to 20 gallons.
