Nisht in unzer machane

Updated via comment: Just for the record, it's the second shabbos that people have burglarized the shul, ransacking it and stirring up trouble. Obviously it's not a random act and was done to incite hate and fan the flames. For all the skeptics, which regular ganef steals shul brochures and "just happens" to put them into 2 other shuls who "just happen" to have amongst their members,
people who are violently and vocally opposed to the Helberg's (Avi and Pinny - sick!!) shul? Oops, sorry - not "just happened" - these ehrliche leshaim shomayim tzaddikim would call it "hashgocha pratis"!!!
submitted via comment.
Westgate mafia strikes again! While most of us spent our Friday evenings the way most frum people do, there were a couple of shady individuals who illegally entered Rabbi Helberg's office and after ransacking the place, stole some shul paraphernalia and distributed it to BM of Westgate mispalelim and Rabbi Verschleizer mispalelim, to incite hate and jealousy.

  14. I am a resident of Westgate for many years. I never got involved in this shul or any shul .I personally thought there should be a shul. How big? i dont live on that side.So I never got involved But after reading this article I'm starting to believe what I have heard over the years.
Look how low Rabbi Helberg Chevra will go to destroy anyone who doesn't agree with them exactly. They just posted an article blaming certain people they have no idea who did it. We don't even know if it even happened. I personally asked around no one has a clue what papers they are talking about. No one even knows if or where Rabbi Helbergs office is. They just publicize a fact and blames certain people just to destroy anyone who they think is in there way.

    1. Did you check out YOUR facts? Rabbi Helberg's people didn't post anything about who did it. bloggers are for the most part anonymous. If you feel that you're such a tzaddik that you haven't been involved till now, why don't you continue to stay out of it? Posting such s comment bashmutzing the rabbi Helberg chevrah means you've been in it all along but just never posted till now. Of course it goes without saying that its leshaim shomayim!

    2. facts are facts. while chabad literature is disposed of quickly when placed in the shul, these Helberg brochures were gleefuly taken home one by one along with the weekly dvar Torah sheets. yes it was STOLEN out of Rabbi Helberg's office, with the perp leaving behind quite a mess, as per the police report. do you really think those papers just fell from the sky?

For too long you walked around like a sheiner yid but now the mafia tactics the redifos the bullying the incitement and sinah has been exposed to the entire Lakewood its a new rerality. BUt no surprise here your reaction of denial and playing victim is typical of that when a bully is confronted and stood up to.

First of all the word is break, brake(s) is for stopping objects or ideas that are in motion.
Second,I am still skeptical that the alleged (get a dictionary) story ever happened. None the less if it did- I hereby publicly denounce anyone who broke into the office and stole or removed anything without permission. They clearly have no sense of right and wrong and should go about the teshuva process of returning what was taken and asking mechila from the one whom they did this to.
I hereby extend an olive branch to all the Anons who until now have not denounced any act that any member of their group has done which was unbecoming of a ben torah ( and you know what I am talking about ) to do so.

What this really boils down to, is the fact that some people seem to think that Ropshitz is the real "Westgate Community" and everyone should be beholden to them. They therefore can not stand an independent community not bowing down to them. Everything else is a smokescreen, tznius, entrances, exits - as you put it...etc...
If I am wrong here is the litmus test, please answer the following questions with a yes or no answer.

    1) Do other shuls have a right to open shuls in Westagte without Ropshitz's permission? (we are speaking when hundreds of people in the neighborhood are backing this shul).

    2) Do other Rabbonim in WG besides Rabbi Z have a right to sell chametz and give a Shabbos Hagodol Drosho in the afternoon?

    3) Was Rabbi H. wrong for opening his Shul?

    4) Do you have complaints on Reb Pinchos or Reb Avrohom before the shul made expansion plans?

    5) Do you thing everyone in WG should be paying membership to Ropshitz?

    6) Do you think the original elections were mechayev everyone to be part of the Ropshitz community?

The hour is late, but here is you opportunity to clear the air, don't waste it!

    1. In reference to question 3 when Harav Helberg opened up his shul, people were asked to daven there to be mechazek the minyan. Some of those people came from Bais Hamedrash of Westgate. In addition people have been asked to be mechazek other minyanim of Bais Hamedrash of Kelmwoods. That sounds to me like Bais Hamedrash of Kelmwoods is or was recruiting mispalelim.

    2. All shuls ask ppl to be mechazek their minyonim. The difference is in how it's done. At Bais medrash d'kelm woods people are asked if they are able to be mechazek. No one is coerced, forced, threatened or bribed. No Mikveh perks apply and no one is paid to recruit people. Additionally, knowing how they work, the people who are being asked to be mechazek kelm woods minyonim are probably people who are already mispallelim there. People arent told "we don't care where you daven as long as it's not in xxx's shul".

Do you park in the back parking lot or do you park in the front where kids go darting out between cars onto the street.(have those safety concerns ever bothered you?)
When westgate added hundreds of new units since youve been living there did you ever voice your traffic and safety concerns to the amount of cars and only 2 exits?
Did you ever voice concern about the Tznius issues at the Mikva nashim. The fact that a man has full access to the facility and spotted there at late hours? or its close proximity to many apartments who can see the comings and goings? 58. ABE, "Kind of like what the cohanim did when running up the ramp got too dangerous. Very smart , i agree. Let`s not forget the tikun gadol that they made for tzniyus but that is also for naarishe chevreh"

I can only assume that this comment was directed at Rabbis Forcheimer, Shachar, and Shulgasser who deemed these non-issues.

  59. I guess ABE is the only one who can deride Rabbonim then claim that he has always been respectful. Maybe that privilege comes along with the Ropchitz memebership.

  62. ABE, so it seems you are entitled to deride Rabbonim when it suits you and then claim to never bash Rabbonim.
That is a perk I can live with. How much is the Ropshitz membership?

  63. ABE, is it me or what? Lately your comments seem to be getting more and more illogical. Have you given over your pen name to someone else? I know you said you are very buy making Pesach...Here's a shout out for the old ABE to come back.

  64. "It is directed at anyone who cannot explain how either traffic , safety and tzniyus will be addressed"

Traffic - Making the most parking spots per seat in the whole Lakewood is not enough?
Tsnius - Moving over the whole shul and changing the whole plans, costing the shul tens of thousands of dollars is not enough?
Tsnius - Constructing a fence at the shuls expense even though the mikva was negligent in planning not enough?
Tsnius - Limiting the minyanim, not enough?
Safety - Not even sure what to respond, this concern was validified by the unknown comitee of Ropshitz behind closed doors. There has never been an accident at that intersection, and there is a 4 way stop sign right there.
Safety - Hiring a certified traffic study (also at a cost of tens of thousands of dollars to the shul) who confirmed that there never was any concern, not enough?

Frankly, you sound like my 5 year old when he asks for a candy and gets told no. You know what his response is? You have to answer me. He got his answer and it was, NO. But he sees it as not being an answer, because he doesn't like it. I think that pretty much sums it up. Your and your ilks, refusal to see or hear any logic just proves that the motive here is simply jealousy and hate. But that has been established already.

    1. I have personally seen 2 accidents at that intersection.

    2. Before the stop sign or after the stop sign? How about at the other intersections? Ropschitz intersection is much more dangerous - many accidents have occurred there and there are "near misses" on an almost hourly basis. How about by the chassidim? Or does that not count due to the clientele there?

      Delete
    3. anyone familiar with Westgate knows that since the all way stops were added, there isn't a safer intersection in Westgate.

BTW there were way more than 2 accidents at Ropshitz, and is public record available to anyone that requests accident reports at the police department.

Such fooolishness. If all of this was included in their plan nobpdy would have had the right to oppose. They would have been withing their legal allowances . Elah Mai it`s all smoke and mirrors . LeMaseh if someone builds a shul on a property that is not zoned for it pashtus anyone who davesn there is doing a mitzvah habbah be Aveira . LemAseh would they need to hear megillah and or shofar over again?

    7. ABE till now you were going with tznius, traffic and safety. Now that those myths have been debunked because every Rov said everything's fine, nebech you have to fall back on the zoning laws! It's scary just how insecure you are - you MUST have something to gloat over - some way of climbing up by stamping on someone else's head to get yourself there. I really pity you and wish you a refuah shelaima b'korov!

Nobody is going to deny what your point of view is, it`s how you deal with others that don`t share it. Please don`t blame it on your kindergarten morah and how well she trained you to deal with real life situations. It`s a life`s avoda .
So , please tell me how do you plan on doing that? Just screaming , Aveira Boy- Muktzeh Goy!?

    2. How are the Rav Helberg opposers dealing with the people who don't share their view that the entire Westgate should be controlled by the Westgate Maffia or by the ropschitz powers? They're dealing with it by inciting hatred, fanning the flames and generally stirring up trouble. I guess that's the way you feel it should be dealt with and that's the chinuch you want for your children. Is that the chinuch you received from your parents?

  71. ABE, welcome back! It seems that you have time to share your pearls of wisdom with us. You must have gotten that long awaited Pesach cruise that you were davening for. I hope you are not on my boat, as they advertised Chassidish Shecitah, and you seem to be of the opionion that the Cherem is still in affect (changes in Shecitah among them).

Here is not the place to get into the whole Chassidim/Misnaged discussion, however I will say that to compare yourself to the Misnagdim who were most definitely Leshem Shomayim is share lunacy. As you have shown many a time, the root of your problem is bad middos, jealousy, nisht farginin, and a host of other sicknesses.

i have argued that there has been a complete lack a foresight and just a bunch of empty promises from the proponents who keep on fabricating allegations against sincere people .

  74. ABE, are you referring to the Mikva comittee by any chance?
Lack of foresite = making the mikva in an extemely public intersection, and back to back with a shul.
false promises = claiming that everyone using the mikva will be walking, not parking.

As to which part is not rational, every single one of your arguments hold no water at all, as as has been decided in Beis Din which was chosen by both parties.

I hope this enhances your Simchas Yom Tov, as now you will have the opportunity to regurgitate your nonsense and venom.

Your brilliant argument that because an edifice built beHaskomas HaTzibur which didn`t properly assess the long term effects should somehow magically have everyone allow for another such building is ludicrous . I guess you were never taught to learn from your mistakes (venom) . But the rest of us try to pick up and move on ( regurgitation)

      Delete
    2. You're the one who's never moved on. It's been 12 years of redifos (venom) directed at R' Pinchos and Rav Helberg just because their shul is not under the establishments jurisdiction. No argument that you bring, not safety, tznius, zoning etc, is ever going to be able to cover up the fact that you're full of kinah, sinah, ga'avah and kavod. Everyone sees right through you and recognizes your true motives.

      Delete
  75. It was not an argument, as was mentioned those issues were decided in Beis din. I was merely trying to figure out who your comments were directed to, they just didn't make any sense directed at Helbergs who went above aND beyond to accomodate the mikvas gross negligence.
But as has you have shown again and again you know better than b"d.

  78. Why is it that you only "state your opinion" when it's about Helberg's shul, yet you're silent when it's verschleiser wanting to expand? By the way, everyone else also knows your true motives. Gut yom tov
