  5. Harold, while I agree with you on this, for your own menuchas hanefesh, just give it up, move your stores somewhere else, and you'll be able to sleep better at night. I know it's not my business what you do, but as an anonymous blogger i feel it my duty to tell you.

This was reported on matzav. Taken from my Twitter comment to someone that asked what I will do if Bais Horaah remains and continues to use up all the remaining parking in the area. As soon as I gave my response. They removed the post. Like many in this town. The truth is hard to swallow. Here was my response to the premature post.
Sorry. This is a misunderstanding this was in reply to a serious problem we were having with an illegally occupied building in the downtown area causing serious parking issues. I didn't feel the store has a future in the downtown anymore . After 15 years of trying to rebuild the downtown as a destination in Lakewood, I felt this latest problem was the last straw. But now I have been assured by a few yungeleit that they will be more sensitive to all the local businesses. Although their building was built illegally and with deception, We now look forward to having these choshuv yungeleit in the downtown area, and hope their presence will not only be tolerated, but an actual asset. Toys for thought may be considering a move or closing but not in the immediate future.

All the problems that the Bais Horaah caused could have been solved without any problems had certain people not gotten involved. Unfortunately we have individuals in this town that thrive on machloikes, threats, blackmail, mesirah, and possibly worse illegal activity. Once they got involved, all hell broke loose. They had a blatant disregard for others peoples rights and as usual spread lies and innuendo to attain their goals. Many of the rude Comments on here are coming from their gangsters. This issue that has caused many any businesses to suffer will be taken care of regardless of their involvement. They lied to Rabbonim and caused a lot of pain to good people. They need to stop doing that. It's very bad. Very bad.

    3. A low lot of people in this town know how to lie and twist and deceive rabbonim and unfortunately it seems that the rabbonim aren't immune to, and guilt free of lies and deception either. Just look at Westgate and the whole shul controversy. It's a perfect example of lies, bullying, deception and Maffia tactics!

    4. Harold I respect you tons for writing with your own name it only shows that you're saying the truth. Everybody else that writes anonymous can write as many lies that they want cause nobody knows who they are.

  9. It's probably better not to turn this blog into a true Lashon Hara gossip site. With that said, I would recommend that all Lakewood residents with any conscience should look around and see the way strangers can come into our town and wreak havoc on the local commerce.
Families who have survived for years from the an honest livelihood are having the rug pulled out of under their feet- It was done by those who brought in businesses to drown the existing ones AND BY ALL OF THOSE WHO BECAME LOYAL TO THEM!!!

It's time for Lakewood to wake up and support their own with commerce, before the time comes that they'll have to support them with charity. And for those who claim it's good for the consumers- you'll pay for that in the end with a monopoly.

  10. Hh, you actually run pretty good businesses.
You can be much more matzliach if you get over your hang ups about the nasty downtown which noone likes or cares for.

YOU could of been in GG plaza if not for your mishegas...

    Wake up!
