  1. What do school buses in WG have to do with a shul? Hillside blvd near the west gate shul opposite the shopping center is very dangerous should we ask that ropshitz shul close down because there buses and traffic from the 900 families in wg??

    1. No But then you should come out to protest against every BMG project ,every yeshiva and shul because for the most part they also cause congestion .

  3. The chilul hashem is that the frummeh hire a lawyer but hide behind someone else. The person on record who officially hired the lawyer to fight against the shul does not even live in WG but the mobsters went around collecting from WG residents to sponsor the lawyer. You cant walk around like a sheiner yid yet being a two faced person. Its even more interesting the lawyers argument as seen in the video have nothing to do with the so called taanos of the objectors, therefore one must assume the real truth behind this facade is to prevent a shul from being built.

    1. There ya go that can be the only reason. What a logical statement . I am sure that you have used the "must assume" sevara to explain numerous things in life.
I am just curious what is your take on the safety issue?
I am not as smart as you and do not want to assume your position. Please help us all understand .

  5. Funny how it's the same lawyer who was hired for another anti Jewish cause!! Do the Westgate mafia think everyone is dumb blind and stupid, or do they really not realize how transparent they are? Sick sick sick people!

  7. After watching the video . I would like to point out something.I dont live in WG. I understood until now the way Klemwoods was making it that people were opposing having a shul. After viewing the video you can see This is an out right lie all they were asking for was it to be done with safety and sensitivity in mind.if you know anything about building . A 13300 sq BM is way to oversized for that area. As was pointed out during the proceedings out ,who in world comes to planning board with a 9000 SQ BM and then the next time comes with a bigger one.Soemthing is really fishy around here
Kelmwoods keep on saying they are opposing a shul .STOP LIEING to get your away!!!

    1. They were also against this shul when it was only 9000 sq ft.
All you watched is the video, what you dont see is the Redifos this shul received over the last 13 years while they are in a basement even before there was a plan for expansion. What you dont see in the video is the Din Torah and the psak din by the rabbonim who looked into all issues relating to parking, traffic, mikva and they said the shul can build with its current latest plans. What you dont see in the video is Rabbi Forcheimer saying no one should oppose the shul at the hearing. What you DO see on the video is a slap in the face to Rabbonim and a huge CH hiring a lawyer to argue environmental and zoning issues in a sad attempt to get stall and drain money from poor youngeleit who all they want is to be able to daven with their children.

  8. If you don't live in west gate and you clearly have no clue about what's going on do is all (yourself included) a favor and be quiet. To just watch that video and then comment shows you to be a total idiot!!

  10. To Alumnai Beis Eliyahu, do you just hang out in front of B.E. now or do you have a job?

  11. I don`t mean to burst your bubble but Beis Eliyahu has been demolished for a while now

  12. Are the real serious tznius issues at the WG mikva being addressed? why is no one concerned with what is going on? not a word from all those screaming tznius in reference to a existing shul.

  13. which mikva? mens? ladies? what serious issues?

  14. The current system at the mikvah is that the "elites" get any slot they desire, all others get in line. The mikvah administration must be changed ASAP, enough with the corruption.

    1. Do you really get pleasue in making things up? if you donate money to the mikvah you get to call in earlier for an appt. whats wrong with that? It's a great way for the mikvah to make money to cover the bills. The slots are not just given out to the "elite non Helbergers". And why can't there ever be a comment about why someone does't want the shul, without being called an anti semite, or kovod monger or pig (see comments on yudel shains site) etc. it seems that that no one is allowed to voice an opinion without being called Korach (and based on all the other talmidi chachamim that you called that to, maybe it's not such a bad thing to be in that group). Thats called bullying, and it's everything that you accuse the "westgate mafia" of doing.

  15. The anti shul team used the same lawyer that that Jackson Strong Klux Klan used to appose yidden from moving into Jackson 2 years ago.
I remember the guy. Hes old and deaf.

  16. The non elites were never told or even offered to have the special phone number to call 3 days in advance. There are westgate residents who are not members of the westgate shul and were never given this privilege despite donating to the mikva for years. The Rabbonim are very upset when they were told about this perk. How do you call it a communal mikva but it only services the members, all others cant get early appointments by the time they can call starting 7am two days before the early appts are all booked by the members. The peshutei am usually get one faster at Madison or New Hampshire mikvaos.

  17. There is voicing an opinion and then there is going against a shul, against a psak from rabbonim who looked into all the issues of concern. If you dont like the psak you are moireh heter that there was no kabolas kinyan and demand a retrial.

  18. On behalf of Howell, Jackson and Toms River residents we would like to thank the Westgate community (Mafia),from now on we wont have to allow any shuls or synagogues. Thank you so much.

    1. On behalf of all frumme residents of Toms River and Jackson I would like to thank the good people of Westgate who put themselves on the line that I will always have favorable and good living conditions and not need to fear from people who put their women and children in harms way to build a makom for hashraas HaShechinah . I think we who were smart enough to buy here will be smart enough to build a shul that is letifers and not lalaag

    3. That`s right. Real Jews like sitting and enjoy watching their children dodge cars in traffic anyone who doesn`t is a safek mamzer.

  19. The mafia has been exposed berabim and now that the entire Lakewood was made aware of what was going on in westgate for 13 years, they are all running for the hills. Chaim mordche mandel and his shvugger Greenspan on behalf of the mikva took the shul to a din Torah they came out with a psak and a arbitration regarding the wall and fence near the mikva. Dont pretend now that you knew nothing about it. You dont want the shul because its too big. That is the truth but it dosent pass for a choshuva yid to be against a shul so your hiding the real reason but keep on bringing up the mikva traffic and parking issues which were all dealt with. When a rodef is exposed they pretend to be a nirdaf, sorry it wont work here.

    1. Just cut the garbage already and get real! Anyone who really believes that the opposition is because of the traffic/safety/tznius issues is seriously suffering from the ostrich syndrome and needs to get their head out of the sand asap!! These opposers just don't want the shul built - period!!

      Delete
    2. for all those of us who have our heads in the sand, can you please explain why someone who davens in helbergs, and his kids daven there and he would like more space for them, openly opposed the shul based on traffic and safety concerns? is he really a double agent working for the westgate mafia? this whole time he pretended to daven at helbergs but really he pledges allegiance to the Don of westgate? seriously, get a life, and let other people have opinions without accusing them of being an ostrich.

  21. I have new name for the shul Anshei Barry Freundel !!!

    ReplyDelete
  22. That would be very appropriate. Right next door to the mikva that's already named after him.

    ReplyDelete
  23. No. The Mikvah was named after something else called Greedy Builders leaching on unsuspecting & desparate yungerleit . They are first cousins with Barry who wants wants to do the same next door

    ReplyDelete
  24. Who is Barry Grendel and what are you spewing about? Talk about mindless ranting!

    ReplyDelete
  25. Just Google the name and you will have more than enough information . For starters he was the rabbi of a shul and owned a video camera and housed a mikvah . He is now sitting in jail for the next 6.5 years .
I will let your imagination and Google do the rest.
