  2. They only announced it in a weeks time because thats when Rechnitz confirmed that he will attend. Nothing to do with the parshiyos.

  3. Wow. Rechnitz blasted the establishment. Is his money green enough for him to be invited back?

  4. Rabosai its not the establishment at fault . It is the entire tzibur .If the Tzibur wopuld use all their tzodikoh money to fund schools and there would be a surplus of schools ,then this problem wouldnt exist . No school wants to have empty seats .

    1. Nonsense. There is enough tuition money in most schools to open another school that will be tuition free.
Get a calculator out before you post

    2. You obviously never ran or are involved in a mosad. That statement can't be further from the truth. Tuition money covers at most 60% (if you're lucky) of a school's budget. The rest has to be fundraised through Herculean efforts

    3. What nonsense .There are about 1500 yungeleit who are looking for chinuch shteles . If schools were financially solvent in Lakewood you would have dozens of new schools being opened up every year . There would definetely be good people who would just take a base salary and charge the minmimum tuitions that you claim are needed . Are you telling me that the entire Lakewood is composed of Reshoim and not one person is willing to charge lower tuitions ,which according to you are enough to run the school ?

  5. He has great Chutzpah to blame the Mosdos! They work feverishly for every child.he should go back to Los Angelas and stay there! He was Mevaza Lakewood! Money isn't everything!!!!

  6. It's incredible that the only people who ever speak truth to power are millionaires like Shlomo Rechnitz or Rich Roberts. The Mashgiach Rabbi Matisyahu Solomon would say the same ideas but nonly one ever listens to him. Is it possible that our Torah leaders are just a conduit for the powerful to do as they please? Do those in power really run the show? A sad day for the Jewish people when people no longer think for themselves and would rather defer to their Torah leaders who seem to be increasingly subject to the whims and wishes of those in power.

  7. Now that Rechnitz has essentially become a Shutaf with the Kanarek Mosdos ,lets see if these Mosdos will be more accepting . I cant see how they will have a choice . Rechnitz is known to be pretty persuasive with those Mosdos he supports .
