"Anyone using my comments to support their own ulterior agendas are twisting my words". SYR

Attention, Yair Hoffman, YWN, VIN and all other Lakewood bashers who were gleeful to use the speech made by Rechnitz and bash the ihr haTorah owes an apology to the entire Lakewood Tzibbur. The chutzpah of you to stick in your two cents and blast an entire city in which you know nothing about is shameful and degrading. Have you done anything in the past to help get children into schools and alleviate the crisis? did you ever come to Lakewood and see it? Now is your chance to ask Mechila berabim for what you have said.

  1. How about also apologizing to R' Shlomo Yehuda?! He's the one who's actually sticking in a lot more than 2 cents! (How about thousands of dollars!) to take his speech, turn it totally around and then use it to bash Lakewood is beyond disgusting and low. Ashrecha R' Shlomo Yehuda!!

    1. Yes they should apologize to him as well. He was well intention ed and sincere, perhaps mislead, they just showed their true colors of sinas am haaretz. They are jealous of our beautiful town.

  2. People often forget the famous Shach that says: "daas bal habayis hepech daas torah".
The above mentioned blogs are owned and managed by balabatim. of course they jump up and down from joy any time there is kollel/ yeshiva bashing going on!

  4. If we in Lakewood are so elitist as some [haters] are wont to believe. How come we have the most meshulachim coming here, more than La, Five towns or Brooklyn, plus every single yeshiva like Torah Vodaas chaim berlin Fallsburg etc, and every single org. like Rofeh of Boston, Yad Lachim etc. The list goes on and on – 10-20 parlor meetings a week minimum.
We are the nicest people in the nicest town around. We are friendly and invite everybody from all walks of life to come visit and enjoy.
We are an inspiration to the world at large and to for sure for the Jewish world
We are very lucky and fortunate about this
Smile we are a great people in a great town. Be proud of Lakewood. Don’t listen to the nay sayers. [They are just plain jealous, as can be seen by their outrageous reactions and slanders, making a mountain out of a mole hole].

  5. Thanks Syr, the cat is out of the bag, you got all the outsiders to show their true colors and their hatred for the Torah itself - that we in Lakewood represent. Shame on them.

  6. Finally a true askan with no agenda. He doesn't have his real estate projects funded by school owners in town and only cared about the Klal. I personally had to give a donation of 50,000 to get my kid into school and I am aware of others that had to as well. Everything rabbi rechnitz said was so true and necessary to say.
