Download the magazine HERE. There are pictures of  chasidish shuls in lakewood but no picture of BMG or any mention that Lakewood is primarily a Litvish town.

  5. Great now all the Litvaks can take an early retirement and sell their homes to Chasidim for half a million dollars and move to places like Pennsylvania . Ohio , Delaware where houses cost $150,000 and taxes are under $1,000 a year

  6. Reading the Q & A at the end of the brochure made me laugh so hard!!!
There are over 50 heimish youngelit with vasseh zuken in Lakewood, close to 1000 shtreimels,Only chasidim know how to make a vacht nacht and kiddush mit der gantzen knok with Herring and keeegel.. and when the litvish are scared of Satmar Taking over their neighborhood its a good sign.

  8. Lakewood has become a Pontiac Scheme. It will crash if it continues on this path. It is a non sustainable system where the taxes collected cannot pay for all the services needed. Homes will be foreclosed as people fall behind on tax payments. Very sad that we are allowing this to happen so a few people can benefit. If satmar wants to come there are places they can move that would actually benefit the town. But building new developments helps nobody except a few individuals.

  9. Who can forget the Masgaiach Rav Nosson Ztz'l saying "Rav Ahron geit zey monen..." about those who lower the standards in Lakewood. Please note he was NOT referring to Chasidim when he used to say that.I'm quoting him in a general context NOT in relation to Satmar. Given the choice between an Erlicher Yid who is a Satmar Chosid or a anti BMG, former BMG talmid I would much prefer to have Lakewood overridden with the former.
