LAKEWOOD, NJ - The BlueClaws completed their season on Monday officially leading the South Atlantic League in attendance, as they have done in each of their 15 seasons at the Jersey Shore.

In 2015, the BlueClaws drew 388,718 fans to FirstEnergy Park, an average of 5,634 in 69 home dates (one game was postponed).

All told, in 15 years the BlueClaws have now drawn 6,418,306 fans in their 15 seasons. They have led the South Atlantic League and New Jersey in attendance each year of their existence.

In 2015, the team drew five crowds of at least 8,000 fans (two more than last year), 14 crowds of at least 7,000 fans (four more than last year) and 26 crowds of at least 6,000 fans.

"The support the BlueClaws have received from the Jersey Shore community has been sensational and was once again stellar in 2015," said BlueClaws General Manager Chris Tafrow. "We are very proud to once again lead our league and state in attendance, but this would not be possible without the backing of the fans and our partners. For that we are extremely grateful."

  1. And the scam continues. We were once again duped by our Township attorney to believe that we don't deserve to make revenue from our 24 million dollar investment. We should email an investigation into all conflicts of interest
