Video: Chai Lifeline- Lakewood famillies tell their story
Chai Lifeline, Bikur Cholim, Lakewood's chesed teams are just beyond words - Always there for you, with wisdom, with selfless help - when terrible illness makes you feel like you suddenly became the 'them' instead of the 'norm', they help you deal with the trauma and empower you to feel like you will get through it, whatever 'it' turns out to be. They should all be so gebentcht, because their giving is immeasurable and the rescue factor simply cannot be gauged as they help turn panic into a challenge that can be handled.
How can they justify a biking event for women that has serious tznius issues and than say what a zechus it is to help cure kids from the machla. Perhaps by not biking that would be a bigger the zechus for these children with the machla RL.
