    How is this muttar al pi halacha once you donate tzedaka how can they give it back to you????

      it's al tanei that they reach the goal. the same way you ever make a tenai. (if your asking that theres no tenai kafuel or hein kodem le'lav etc. then i hear)

    Its a win win situation for them. If they dont raise 300 k they still get the quadrupled amount from those three companies. Its not a problem if you donate on a condition. But bikur cholim is also banking on the fact thsy most donors will not take thier donations back because its tzedaka
